Dr Stephanie Teoh
Clinical Director, GP
Stephanie has worked in urban and rural Australia, in Beijing for seven years at International SOS, and as a medical director at an international primary care group. She is interested in general medicine, complex care, paediatrics and antenatal care, women’s health, sexual health, drugs and alcohol, and mental health. Stephanie is known for her warmth, good humour and love of family medicine. She loves travelling and has a penchant for scientific curiosities.

Dr David Cosgriff
GP
David has worked in General Practice, diabetes, mental health and indigenous health clinics throughout NSW.  He enjoys the breadth of General Practice but has special interests in managing patients with complex needs, preventative medicine, men’s health and mental health. He is experienced in paediatrics and has completed a Diploma in Child Health. David lectures at Western Sydney University and has researched what patients look for from their GP. David is an avid hiker, biker and kayaker.

Dr Sacha Ruberu
GP
Sacha graduated in medicine from the University of Tasmania and has worked in large teaching hospitals the United Kingdom, Melbourne and Sydney. She has special interests in children and women’s health, mental health, weight management and preventative health. In her spare time she likes to keep active, sing, dance and spend time with her three children.

Katrina Navratil

Katrina is passionate about helping people make positive life changes, with a background in counselling, personal training, Yin Yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She believes in sharing her experience and education to nurture strong interpersonal relationships, and to support others to achieve their goals and turn dreams to reality.

Stephanie is studying a Bachelor of Nursing and has an interest in community and mental health. Her passion is nursing and finding ways to help patients towards better health. Stephanie enjoys travelling and experiencing different walks of life, plus walks outdoors and the beach.

Michael Keogh
Care Manager – Exercise physiologist
Michael is interested in enabling sustainable lifestyle change, and supporting people holistically (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) to better manage chronic health conditions and enable joyful and connected lives. He has worked in corporate well-being, gym and clinical settings. Michael is recently married, loves to side hustle with online businesses, and stay active with body-weight training and kettle-bells.

Sarah Coghlan
Care Manager – Dietitian
Sarah is an accredited dietitian with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, a Graduate Diploma of Nutritional Science and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. She enjoys working with individuals to balance diet and exercise for a healthy lifestyle, and has an interest in food intolerances and diets to support various medical conditions. Sarah enjoys cooking, long distance running and playing netball.

Goldie Tayeranian
Care Manager – Nurse
Goldie has worked as a practice nurse across various specialties in primary care with significant experience in occupational health and managing work-related injuries. She loves working in preventative health and helping people stay healthy. When she isn’t working, Goldie spends her time watching a good movie, doing puzzles, going to music festivals, and planning her next trip.

Dr Jennifer Rathjen
Clinical Psychologist
Jennifer is an experienced psychologist who is passionate about providing a safe space to explore healing and personal development, so that her clients can lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. She practices several types of therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy , Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychotherapy. When she is not working  she enjoys spending time outdoors walking or running and relaxing with family and friends.
