Dr Stephanie Teoh
Clinical Director, GP

Stephanie has worked in urban and rural Australia, in Beijing for seven years at International SOS, and as a Medical Director at an international primary care service. She is interested in general medicine, complex care, paediatrics and antenatal care, women’s health, sexual health, drugs and alcohol, and mental health. Stephanie is known for her warmth, good humour and love of family medicine. She loves travelling, has a penchant for scientific curiosities and plays Candy Crush!

David has worked in General Practice, diabetes, mental health and indigenous health clinics throughout NSW.  He enjoys the breadth of General Practice but has special interests in managing patients with complex needs, preventative medicine, men’s health and mental health. He is experienced in paediatrics and has completed a Diploma in Child Health. David lectures at Western Sydney University and has researched what patients look for from their GP. David is an avid hiker, biker and kayaker.

Clinical Psychologist

Mitchell is a warm and caring psychologist who can help Osana patients with anxiety, depression, addictions, body image concerns, trauma and relationship problems. He applies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to provide a tailored approach to each individual. Mitchell has grown up on the Northern Beaches and has trained at public hospitals, private hospitals, and private practices in Sydney.

Nurse & Care Coordinator

Petra is from Hungary and loves living in Sydney with its hot summers and mild winters. She studied Nursing at Griffith University in Brisbane and Communication & Media in Hungary. Petra has worked in medical centres and loves caring for a variety of people and their health conditions. When not at work, she enjoys lifting weights, running, beach volleyball, cooking and baking. Everyone thinks Petra smiles a lot!

She uses her experience in customer partnerships to help Osana members achieve great health results. Katrina has a bachelors degree in physical education, and teaches vinyasa & yin yoga. She loves people, languages and travelling.

Julia Syme
Member Services Coordinator

Julia has a medical background working for a specialist in Gynaecology and Obstetrics which has taught her the importance of compassion and empathy when dealing with a range of life’s emotions. She is keen to use this experience helping patients get the most out of their Osana journey. In a past life Julia spent time in London working in travel and Conde Nast Traveller which has fuelled a love of travel and a willingness for new adventures. Julia has a busy family life and enjoys Pilates, good food and catching up with friends.

Dietitian & Care Coordinator

Sarah is an accredited dietitian with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, a Graduate Diploma of Nutritional Science and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. She enjoys working with individuals to balance diet and exercise for a healthy lifestyle, and has an interest in food intolerances and diets to support various medical conditions. Sarah enjoys cooking, long distance running and playing netball.

Lou brings personal training expertise from London, Australia and Hong Kong and is an accomplished sportswoman, being a gold medalist in NSW Swimming Championships, a NSW representative in netball, and has placed in a number of triathlons globally. She is a fitness coach for three State League Netball teams. Her passion is to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in the community.
