Join other members in an hour Group Exercise session and encourage each other to reach your own goals!

Sessions are held one each week, where our Physiotherapist, Tegan, will guide you through a basic exercise circuit (covering: core, balance, resistance, posture with a little bit of cardio) in our gym at Osana Woollahra. These sessions will involve a group warm up and cool down.
