Join other members in an hour Group Physio session and encourage each other to reach your own goals!
Session are held twice weekly, where our Physiotherapist, Kierre, will guide you through your tailored exercise program in our gym at Osana Narrabeen. These sessions will involve a group warm up and cool down as well as the opportunity to complete your individual physiotherapy exercises.
