Regular review by your specialist GP and dedicated Health Assistant ensures good mental health and resilience in your daily life. We support you with mindfulness programs, stress management workshops and group medical appointments on health topics, to ensure a positive and healthy mind as you age.

 

Fitness

Maintaining your independence is important and reducing the risk of injury or falls helps you enjoy live life with a full capacity. Our exercise physio assesses your weekly activity to ensure you meet recommended exercise levels (80% of Australians don’t), in order to reduce the risk of being overweight, developing diabetes or cardiovascular disease. You can access complimentary exercise classes to improve your fitness, joint health, core strength and weight over time.

Being Proactive

Focusing on prevention allows us to identify risks and issues early, before it is too late. We achieve this together by scheduling an annual health assessment, regular check-ups, screening tests and creating a tailored health plan for you to implement on a weekly basis. If we manage your conditions or risk factors early, we can keep you and your loved ones out of hospital which saves costs and unnecessary stress, and we can keep you living well and better for longer.
