Mindful eating is about learning to bring your focus to the task you’re doing in the present moment – eating. Paying deliberate attention to what’s going on inside and around you. In this series you will learn to establish and sustain a healthy and positive relationship with food and eating. You will develop the skills to listen and understand the difference between physical and emotional hunger.
