Dr Caroline Rogers
Clinical Director, GP

Caroline has over 20 years of experience as a GP and enjoys the challenge of managing chronic and complex diseases. She is committed to providing a team care approach, improving wellness, promoting women's health and teaching GP registrars and medical students.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running Parkrun on Saturday mornings, cycling around Manly and swimming in our beautiful oceans.

Maree is an experienced local GP with interests in women’s health, children and adolescent health, sports medicine, travel medicine, family planning and skin cancer management. Maree is accredited for shared antenatal care. She lives locally with 3 daughters and enjoys paddling her surf ski, bush walking, and the local beaches.

GP

Libby trained in New Zealand and spent several years working in hospitals across a range of different disciplines before General Practice. She completed her fellowship in New Zealand prior to moving to Australia to join her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys all areas of General Practice including women's health, paediatrics, acute and chronic health problems, preventative medicine and providing continuity of care to families. Outside of work she is kept busy with her daughters and enjoys swimming, baking and knitting.

Clinical Psychologist

Mitchell is a warm and caring psychologist who can help Osana patients with anxiety, depression, addictions, body image concerns, trauma and relationship problems. He applies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to provide a tailored approach to each individual. Mitchell has grown up on the Northern Beaches and has trained at public hospitals, private hospitals, and private practices in Sydney.

Having a background in Law and Teaching, Claudia became interested in Psychology due to its potential in impacting people’s lives in a positive way. Life can be challenging and complex, and Claudia’s caring yet highly professional approach allows her clients the safety and the space to explore and learn more about themselves, their emotions and needs. Applying a variety of evidence-based theories, Claudia is a client-centered psychologist who is prepared to assist teenagers and adults of all ages suffering from several mental health problems, including anxiety, mood disorders, attachment and trauma. Claudia loves having a good laugh with her family and friends, and is always up for some adrenaline, whether scuba diving, skydiving or trekking.

Scott aspires to educate, empower and guide people toward their health goals, no matter what your current capacity is. Scott lives locally here in Narrabeen and starts everyday with a quick surf before work!
