Clinical Director, GP

Caroline has over 20 years of experience as a GP and enjoys the challenge of managing chronic and complex diseases. She is committed to providing a team care approach, improving wellness, promoting women's health and teaching GP registrars and medical students.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running Parkrun on Saturday mornings, cycling around Manly and swimming in our beautiful oceans.

Dr Maree Doherty
GP

Maree is an experienced local GP with interests in women’s health, children and adolescent health, sports medicine, travel medicine, family planning and skin cancer management. Maree is accredited for shared antenatal care. She lives locally with 3 daughters and enjoys paddling her surf ski, bush walking, and the local beaches.

Dr Libby de Lautour
GP

Libby trained in New Zealand and spent several years working in hospitals across a range of different disciplines before General Practice. She completed her fellowship in New Zealand prior to moving to Australia to join her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys all areas of General Practice including women's health, paediatrics, acute and chronic health problems, preventative medicine and providing continuity of care to families. Outside of work she is kept busy with her daughters and enjoys swimming, baking and knitting.

Dr Mindy Da

Mindy has broad experience in teaching hospitals across Sydney and in General Practices in Dee Why and Neutral Bay. Her special interests include women's health, mental health, sexual health and travel medicine. She is accredited to provide intra-uterine and Implanon contraceptive options. In her spare time Mindy enjoys rock climbing, fishing and is an avid aquarist.

Mitchell Howarth
Clinical Psychologist

Mitchell is a warm and caring psychologist who can help Osana patients with anxiety, depression, addictions, body image concerns, trauma and relationship problems. He applies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to provide a tailored approach to each individual. Mitchell has grown up on the Northern Beaches and has trained at public hospitals, private hospitals, and private practices in Sydney.

Caroline is a registered nurse with extensive experience in primary health care. She has worked in many hospitals across NSW and brings a caring and engaging approach to helping members at Osana. Jenny loves Crossfit and is passionate about holistic health!

A Exercise Physiologist and surf performance coach, Scott entered into the health and fitness sphere over 5 years ago during his studies at the University of Sydney. He has a keen interest in mobility and strength development, qualities he believes are most important to maintaining an active lifestyle. Scott aspires to educate, empower and guide people toward their health goals, no matter what your current capacity is. Scott lives locally here in Narrabeen and starts everyday with a quick surf before work!

Andrea Powell
Senior Dietitian

Andrea Powell is an accredited Dietitian and Nutritionist with extensive experience in general nutrition and healthy eating. as well as in medical areas such as cardiac disease, diabetes, gut health, weight and obesity management, surgery and nutrition for optimal ageing. Her other interests include cooking, conducting healthy food demonstrations, sports nutrition and exercise. Andrea is also a qualified sports dietitian with the Australian Institute of Sport, and teaches group exercise and cycle classes. She is passionate about educating, motivating and inspiring her clients to be better informed and to achieve their goals with simple and practical nutritional advice.

Theo is an experienced Physiotherapist who believes in preventative health and proactive management of injuries and issues. He is a hands-on physio with experience in spinal mobilisation, peripheral mobilisation, therapeutic massage, pelvic floor and rehabilitation. Theo lectured at the Graduate School of Medicine in Woollongong where he tutored students in musculoskeletal assessments. He is gentle, easy going clinician who is passionate about helping clients stay healthy and keeping their bodies in tip top shape. Theo works out of the Osana Narrabeen clinic a couple of days per week on a regular basis.
