Dr Caroline Rogers
Clinical Director, GP
Caroline has over 20 years of experience as a GP and enjoys the challenge of managing chronic and complex diseases. She is committed to providing a team care approach, improving wellness, promoting women’s health and teaching GP registrars and medical students.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running Parkrun on a Saturday mornings, cycling round Manly and swimming in our beautiful oceans.

Dr Chris Ganora
Chris is passionate about preventive and holistic health, having worked over 10 years across Aboriginal, Addiction, rural and Adolescent health disicplines. He lectures at the University of Sydney medical school and is on the board of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Chris loves hiking, swimming, camping, cycling, yoga and is passionate about cooking…for which he thanks his Italian grandmothers!

Dr Alison Lyon
Alison has enjoyed a diverse career in surgery, as a flying doctor and working with refugee women. She is passionate about medical education, women’s health, skin cancer and person-centred care. She lectures at Western Sydney University and has trained with Family Planning NSW. Rock climbing, hiking, biking, swimming and yoga are amongst her hobbies – she believes and lives the philosophy of a healthy lifestyle.

Lina Wallberg
Health Assistant
Lina has a bachelor of public health, health promotion and is passionate about working on health prevention in the local community. She has experience working in aged care, hospitality and retail industries, and has volunteered at Surf Life Saving, Cancer Council, Meals on Wheels and Rescue Animals. Lina loves outdoor activities, travelling, experiencing different cultures, and promoting health and well-being.

Clea Warneminde
Health Assistant
Clea has a keen interest in movement across the lifespan and trained as an Allied Health Assistant (Physio & OT). She has worked in a small hospital on the rehabilitation ward, with community organisations serving culturally and economically diverse populations, and as a sustainability educator on climate & water programs. She is passionate about equitable access to healthcare, and social enterprise as a tool to enable it. She enjoys swimming, tai chi, restorative yoga, community acupuncture and laugh out loud humour!

Sean Allison
Health Assistant
Sean is an accomplished accupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine healer, with qualifications in work & health safety, health science, small business and environmental management. He is passionate about innovation and patient-centred health care, and loves volunteering for worthy causes, including in refugee clinics in Thailand, for Tibetan environment issues and in rehabilitation services to help patients back on their feet. He is a qualified kung fu practitioner and enjoys the outdoors.

Lucy Acheson
Care Manager – OT
Lucy has extensive experience as a senior Occupational Therapist working in multi-disciplinary teams and with elderly and palliative patients. She has experience in community health, hospitals, rehabilitation, running her own business, and working overseas including London and New Zealand. Lucy is looking forward to sharing her expertise across the Osana team and supporting a broad range of patients.

Lisa Mesiti
Care Manager – Dietitian
Lisa Mesiti is a friendly and knowledgeable dietitian with experience in both the public and private sector, as well as the food industry. She is particularly interested in diabetes management and long-term weight loss. With a background in personal training Lisa also signifies that diet and exercise are highly synergistic. In her free time Lisa loves to cook and entertain and spend as much time outdoors playing soccer or enjoying a coastal walk.

Kierre Williams
Care Manager – Physiotherapist
Kierre is a senior business leader, operations manager and physiotherapist with experience in designing and operating not-for-profit, community based, multidisciplinary clinical services for seniors with complex healthcare needs. She’s also dual qualified as an exercise physiologist and is passionate about applying all her skills to maximise potential in people’s lives. When not improving our health system, she is enjoys being a mum to two young kids and living on our northern beaches.

Riza Cimen
Riza is an experienced GP with emergency medicine and skin cancer interests. He qualified as a doctor and GP in Sydney and is passionate about training and building healthcare businesses that serve the local community. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family (2 sons are also doctors!), attending comedy shows and bush walking.
