Issues such as pain and trauma, loss of function and confidence, reduced independence and reliance on others for daily activities are common after a fall. However, you can improve your strength and balance to avoid falls right through to the age of 90.
Osana will be running a 6 week program aimed at assisting people to improve their balance and strength. It is ideal for individuals that may be new to regular exercise or lack the confidence or knowledge to try an exercise programme at home or in the general community!
