Dr Stephanie Teoh
Clinical Director, GP
Stephanie has worked in urban and rural Australia, in Beijing for seven years at International SOS, and as a medical director at an international primary care group. She is interested in general medicine, complex care, paediatrics and antenatal care, women’s health, sexual health, drugs and alcohol, and mental health. Stephanie is known for her warmth, good humour and love of family medicine. She loves travelling and has a penchant for scientific curiosities.

Dr David Cosgriff
David has worked in General Practice, diabetes, mental health and indigenous health clinics throughout NSW.  He enjoys the breadth of General Practice but has special interests in managing patients with complex needs, preventative medicine, men’s health and mental health. He is experienced in paediatrics and has completed a Diploma in Child Health. David lectures at Western Sydney University and has researched what patients look for from their GP. David is an avid hiker, biker and kayaker.

Dr Sacha Ruberu
Sacha graduated in medicine from the University of Tasmania and has worked in large teaching hospitals the United Kingdom, Melbourne and Sydney. She has special interests in children and women’s health, mental health, weight management and preventative health. In her spare time she likes to keep active, sing, dance and spend time with her three children.

Katrina Navratil
Health Assistant
Katrina is passionate about helping people make positive life changes, with a background in counselling, personal training, Yin Yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She believes in sharing her experience and education to nurture strong interpersonal relationships, and to support others to achieve their goals and turn dreams to reality.

Stephanie Manios
Health Assistant
Stephanie is studying a Bachelor of Nursing and has an interest in community and mental health. Her passion is nursing and finding ways to help patients towards better health. Stephanie enjoys travelling and experiencing different walks of life, plus walks outdoors and the beach.

Tia Solsby
Health Assistant
Tia is from Barrow in Furness, Cumbria and has been a health care assistant in aged care for many years. She is qualified in health and social care diplomas. Tia takes part in charity work including a sponsored sky dive for Alzheimer’s Society, a Dementia walk and the annual Keswick to barrow in the UK. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, the gym and keeping fit.

Michael Keogh
Care Manager – Exercise physiologist
Michael is interested in enabling sustainable lifestyle change, and supporting people holistically (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) to better manage chronic health conditions and enable joyful and connected lives. He has worked in corporate well-being, gym and clinical settings. Michael is recently married, loves to side hustle with online businesses, and stay active with body-weight training and kettle-bells.

Sarah Coghlan
Care Manager – Dietitian
Sarah is an accredited dietitian with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, a Graduate Diploma of Nutritional Science and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. She enjoys working with individuals to balance diet and exercise for a healthy lifestyle, and has an interest in food intolerances and diets to support various medical conditions. Sarah enjoys cooking, long distance running and playing netball.

Goldie Tayeranian
Care Manager – Nurse
Goldie has worked as a practice nurse across various specialties in primary care with significant experience in occupational health and managing work-related injuries. She loves working in preventative health and helping people stay healthy. When she isn’t working, Goldie spends her time watching a good movie, doing puzzles, going to music festivals, and planning her next trip.

Dr Jennifer Rathjen
Clinical Psychologist
Jennifer is an experienced psychologist who is passionate about providing a safe space to explore healing and personal development, so that her clients can lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. She practices several types of therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy , Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychotherapy. When she is not working  she enjoys spending time outdoors walking or running and relaxing with family and friends.

Dr Bhavana Annabattula
Bhavana graduated from the University of Western Sydney and has been working as a general practitioner in Sydney for the last few years. She has a patient-centred approach to providing holistic care. Her interests are chronic disease management, women’s health and indigenous health. She is also passionate about medical education and continues to teach GP Registrars and medical students. Bhavana loves to stay active, explore new eateries and enjoys baking!

Kierre Williams
Care Manager – Physiotherapist
Kierre is a senior business leader, operations manager and physiotherapist with experience in designing and operating not-for-profit, community based, multidisciplinary clinical services for seniors with complex healthcare needs. She’s also dual qualified as an exercise physiologist and is passionate about applying all her skills to maximise potential in people’s lives. When not improving our health system, she is enjoys being a mum to two young kids and living on our northern beaches.


Dr Andrew Robertson
Clinical Director, GP
Andrew is an experienced GP from New Zealand who is passionate about providing high quality, friendly, up-to-date care to patients of all ages and stages. He has a broad range of experience having worked in remote indigenous communities, prisons and more recently in the Eastern Suburbs over the past 3 years. His special interests are helping people with chronic health conditions, mental health and preventative care. Andrew loves surfing, skiing and travelling.

Dr  Monisha Dhami
Monisha has worked across Sydney and rural New South Wales, and loves General Practice for its variety and the opportunity to form ongoing relationships with her patients and their families. Monisha has particular interests in women’s health, adolescent health, preventive and sports medicine and mental health. When she’s not at the clinic, you can find Monisha practicing yoga, swimming and wine tasting.

Dr  Robert Mathews
Robert is an experienced and caring GP who is passionate about improving health through lifestyle change. Robert has a particular interest in paediatrics, men’s health, skin cancer surgery, sports injuries and sexual health. Robert also holds a degree in Physiotherapy. When not working he enjoys cooking, traveling and gymnastic rings training.

Reineke van der Weerd

Reineke has tertiary qualifications in art, art history and counselling, and has worked in a medical practice for many years talking, listening & caring for patients. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and life experiences to help patients towards better health and well-being. Reineke loves the sun, beach, swimming, outdoor exercise, good food and wine, spending time with her daughter and walking her dachshund, Rosie. 

Helen Rew

Helen has extensive experience in medical and customer care roles. She has a particular interest in integrative medicine and allied health, and prides herself in delivering exceptional care for patients. Outside of work, Helen spends her time exercising, travelling and enjoying the beach.

Sophie Gardner

Sophie has trained in public health promotion and nutrition, and is passionate about helping individuals to improve health outcomes, prevent disease, and prolong life through sustainable ways. She is a positive, energetic, and loves applying her patient support, administration, hospitality and teaching work experiences to make a difference in Osana patients’ lives.

Louise Ings
Care Manager – Exercise physiologist
Louise is an Exercise Physiologist has experience working in Multiple Sclerosis, Type 2 Diabetes and has a passion for enhancing the lives of those living with chronic health conditions. She is passionate about exercise and ensuring everyone can access good health and education. Louise loves the sun, the beach, a good wine and the burn and sweat from a reformer, boxing or yoga class.

Emily Ross
Care Manager – Dietitian
Emily is a friendly and passionate dietitian who is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their nutrition goals at every stage of their journey. Emily enjoys all aspects of dietetics, with a interest in individual weight therapy, mental health, oncology, diabetes management, allergies and intolerance and sports nutrition. When not at work, Emily can be found in at nearest surf club either competing or volunteering her time for community service.


Dr Caroline Rogers
Clinical Director, GP
Caroline has over 20 years of experience as a GP and enjoys the challenge of managing chronic and complex diseases. She is committed to providing a team care approach, improving wellness, promoting women’s health and teaching GP registrars and medical students.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running Parkrun on a Saturday mornings, cycling round Manly and swimming in our beautiful oceans.

Dr Chris Ganora
Chris is passionate about preventive and holistic health, having worked over 10 years across Aboriginal, Addiction, rural and Adolescent health disicplines. He lectures at the University of Sydney medical school and is on the board of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Chris loves hiking, swimming, camping, cycling, yoga and is passionate about cooking…for which he thanks his Italian grandmothers!

Dr Alison Lyon
Alison has enjoyed a diverse career in surgery, as a flying doctor and working with refugee women. She is passionate about medical education, women’s health, skin cancer and person-centred care. She lectures at Western Sydney University and has trained with Family Planning NSW. Rock climbing, hiking, biking, swimming and yoga are amongst her hobbies – she believes and lives the philosophy of a healthy lifestyle.

Lina Wallberg
Health Assistant
Lina has a bachelor of public health, health promotion and is passionate about working on health prevention in the local community. She has experience working in aged care, hospitality and retail industries, and has volunteered at Surf Life Saving, Cancer Council, Meals on Wheels and Rescue Animals. Lina loves outdoor activities, travelling, experiencing different cultures, and promoting health and well-being.

Clea Warneminde
Health Assistant
Clea has a keen interest in movement across the lifespan and trained as an Allied Health Assistant (Physio & OT). She has worked in a small hospital on the rehabilitation ward, with community organisations serving culturally and economically diverse populations, and as a sustainability educator on climate & water programs. She is passionate about equitable access to healthcare, and social enterprise as a tool to enable it. She enjoys swimming, tai chi, restorative yoga, community acupuncture and laugh out loud humour!

Sean Allison
Health Assistant
Sean is an accomplished accupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine healer, with qualifications in work & health safety, health science, small business and environmental management. He is passionate about innovation and patient-centred health care, and loves volunteering for worthy causes, including in refugee clinics in Thailand, for Tibetan environment issues and in rehabilitation services to help patients back on their feet. He is a qualified kung fu practitioner and enjoys the outdoors.

Lucy Acheson
Care Manager – OT
Lucy has extensive experience as a senior Occupational Therapist working in multi-disciplinary teams and with elderly and palliative patients. She has experience in community health, hospitals, rehabilitation, running her own business, and working overseas including London and New Zealand. Lucy is looking forward to sharing her expertise across the Osana team and supporting a broad range of patients.

Lisa Mesiti
Care Manager – Dietitian
Lisa Mesiti is a friendly and knowledgeable dietitian with experience in both the public and private sector, as well as the food industry. She is particularly interested in diabetes management and long-term weight loss. With a background in personal training Lisa also signifies that diet and exercise are highly synergistic. In her free time Lisa loves to cook and entertain and spend as much time outdoors playing soccer or enjoying a coastal walk.

Shana Dorry
Care Manager – Nurse
Shaza is qualified in nursing, counselling, psychology and health management (4 uni degrees!). She has worked in medical centres, hospitals, radiology and in a care coordination service, both here in Australia and in Asia.  She is passionate about supporting diverse communities, pursuing patient-centred care and best clinical practices, and working in teams! Shaza is a keen sports person having excelled in badminton and volleyball at competitive levels.

Riza Cimen
Riza is an experienced GP with emergency medicine and skin cancer interests. He qualified as a doctor and GP in Sydney and is passionate about training and building healthcare businesses that serve the local community. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family (2 sons are also doctors!), attending comedy shows and bush walking.

Stephanie hails from Canada but loves Sydney where she can be outdoors all year around. She has broad experience across project management, legal compliance, quality and accreditation and customer service. With previous roles in education, technology, start-ups and not-for-profits, Stephanie enjoys applying her experience into healthcare.

Kim Richardson

Kim has an amazing career spanning being a solicitor, a police officer, a registered nurse, a manager for a RACGP General Practice of the Year, and an operations manager for mental health, radiology and health administration companies. She enjoys building high performing teams and caring for patients. Kim loves dotting on her puppies, cooking and enjoying great food.

Siya Sunder
Practice Manager
Siya is driven to improve the world around her, including finding operational efficiencies at work! She has a background in management, equities analysis, investment banking and working in General Practice. Outside of work, she loves to travel, swim, practise yoga, Latin American dancing, and also is passionate about interior decoration.
